Glad to see the pure metaphorical language (bees, hives, waggle dance, flowers, nectar, honey...) transforming into actual project elements (people, events, places, spaces...). Good transition document. Now push it further. Storytelling is a powerful tool to convey vision and experience. But needs to be boosted by graphics, visuals, immersive elements (drawings, models, characterization, diagrams...). And don't forget that this thing needs to happen so there's a process for it to happen (management, construction, actors/stakeholders...). Good to see a model. Try to also look at it from below (human scale) so that all disciplines can relate to it. So that you develop a top-down and also a bottom-up approach simultaneously. Can you do this? Start looking at spaces from "below", starting from the experience (not only from the bird's eye view).
STAKEHOLDERS is a very good point! There are powerful forces in the region, and to explain, that everyone benefits from this ideas will be the hardest work to do. This vision will not have a strong financial output for the city or the train company, but will be great for the people living near the area. So this is becoming a project for the people of the community, who maybe are students, maybe venture capitalists or maybe Googler or IT nerds. Give decision power to the people and user and let them create their research centre with their personal every day decisions and behavior... this a programm, that stakeholders could understand and see also the benefits, that are not monetary!
