Monocultural fields are a stress' factor for bees! Too big fields actually too! Diversity is one key of survival and well-being of bees: different flowers, at different time = food all year long = happy bees = a lot of honey and development = swarming?
Interesting, middle class seems to be blocked because of SV and Stanford in the large scale (where live is less expensive). Maybe that's not a field, but bees that could improve the hive!! (thank you for commenting, I am smiling alone in front of my computer remembering me animated discussions in Stanford! :-) I have fun!)

ReplyDeleteSilicon Valley is a very very big field in this area!
DeleteWhat do you think are fields, that are blocked or dispossessed by SV ?
For me it's obvious the middle class of palo Alto and in bigger scale, less educated people...
