Meeting organization (Dawn
Oversees and creates the overall project plan to know the timeline.
- Sets the agenda by asking team members what they need to be decided on
- Send the Agenda 2 days before the meeting
VC Moderation (Federica)
Facilitates efficient meetings to make necessary decisions as a group.
- Open the conference and welcome everyone
- Guide through the agenda
- Balance the conversation
- Try to moderate eventual conflits
- Remembers team work rules if they are somehow not respected
- Recalls others on their duties if they don’t show commitment
- Close the conference on time by fixing deliverables
Documentation (Michael
Collects important information and makes them accessible to all members of the group.
- Keeps the Dropbox and other containers in an order
- Writes the protocol of VC and other meetings
- Check that relevant documents get uploaded
Minutes (Ariane
Document the group process
Bring on pap
Everybody
Do what promotes teamwork and great results.
- Be punctual or let the others know if you can’t do so
- Use handed out VC-signs
- Let the others finish when they are talking
